Next Saturday, 22/11/2025, the family workshop “In autumn, leaves of a thousand colours” will take place, an activity dedicated to exploring the colours and shapes of autumn through ceramics.

During the session, families will learn how to create compositions, shapes and objects using natural leaves printed onto clay. With the help of a kitchen rolling pin, small clay slabs will be made, onto which the leaves will be placed to leave their imprint when pressed. The silhouettes will then be cut out and shaped as desired: photo frames, trays, candle holders or free decorative pieces.

Once the piece is finished, each family will take it home to let it dry for a week, and will later be able to decorate it with poster paints, acrylics, wax crayons or markers.

The workshop is part of the “Dissabtes de ceràmica” programme of the Museu del Taulell, which aims to encourage creativity and family participation through ceramics and nature.
